I had a really comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were great. I had a pretty mixed experience during my weekend stay. On the one hand, the hotel's location was a big plus. It was situated in a really convenient area that made it easy to access everything we wanted to see and do. Another thing that was great about the hotel was the breakfast. It was fresh and plentiful, with plenty of options for all tastes.
My biggest complaint was the cleanliness.

The hotel location is superb, with lots of nearby attractions to explore. the room was spacious, clean, and cozy. the bathroom was well-maintained and equipped with modern facilities. the staff members were polite, friendly, and always available to help. the delicious breakfast served by the hotel every morning was a delight to start the day.
The Wi-Fi was not reliable.

Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel with decent location, were offered two complimentary drinks upon arrival and early check-in without an extra charge. The rooftop restaurant was the best feature of the stay, with great views and tasty food.
The unpleasant experience started when I entered the room, with cockroaches crawling around the bedsheets and pillows, forcing me to change the room twice. The housekeeping staff did not seem concerned about the cleanliness of the rooms, lack of water in the room and the malfunctioning WiFi.
